Invesestment Property

Most people understand the value of buying a property, they understand the ‘bricks and mortar’ appeal of owning a tangible asset. But most people will buy a property purely as their sole residence and will buy and sell over the years.

Only the more affluent would consider buying another property as an investment opportunity, where they would let out the property to receive a rental income which would either give an income or cover borrowing costs and rely on the appreciation of the value of the property over time to give a return, or both.

With mature markets having a stable property market these are desirable investments as they are backed up by absolute right of ownership and backed by a stable economy and rule of law.
