Royal London 360 Fund Changes, Feb 2011

Royal London 360 (RL360) recently told you the exciting news that their Paragon, Quantum and LifePlan products had undergone in-depth fund reviews, resulting in considerable increases to each fund range. The enhancements included a selection of new funds, some from management groups new to the range, several in new sectors and additional currency variants for many of the existing funds.

As part of their commitment to investors, the regular review and performance monitoring of funds is conducted in order to maintain a ‘best of breed’ proposition. This means that as well as adding in new funds, it is often necessary to remove funds, especially those that are performing poorly or are no longer acceptable, including those no longer available to new subscriptions.

Following the conclusion of this review, they will be closing 7 funds from the Paragon and Quantum ranges, and 2 funds from LifePlan.

* AXA World Funds Euro Credit Short Duration (EUR), Fixed interest – Europe sector
* Allianz BRIC Stars (EUR), Equity – Emerging markets sector
* Schroder ISF Euro Equity (EUR), Equity – Europe excluding UK sector
* Henderson Global Dividend Income (GBP), Equity – Global sector
* Schroder ISF Latin American (EUR & USD), Equity – Latin America sector
* BNP Paribas L1 OBAM Equity World Classic Cap (EUR), Global managed sector
* JPM Highbridge Statistical Market Neutral (GBP & USD), Hedge/Structured products sector

Funds being removed from LifePlan

* Henderson Global Dividend Income (GBP), Equity – Global sector
* Threadneedle Global Select (USD), Global managed sector
