Launching the new Series 12 OM-IP 220 Limited portfolio.

This follows in the fine traditions of the OM-IP 220 series. The first, Series 1, was issued in August 1997 and has shown a compound annual return of 16.5%.

This series will combine the benefits of the AHL Diversified Program and the Glenwood Portfolio giving a mix designed to have low correlation with the performance of stocks, property and bonds. This may diversify a traditional portfolio.

The fund has a capital guarantee and rising guarantee from Westpac.

Minimum investment of only A$5k, the maturity date is March 2018. However, access is available for only 2% redemption fee during the first three years and 0% thereafter.
