This notice is to inform you that UBS have replaced Invesco as manager of Fund Link Code C09, Hansard South East Asia and Hansard EU South East Asia.

UBS will offer exposure to what they regard as, “best of breed” multi-manager mutual funds chosen to provide diversification of investment style and out-performance against index benchmarks through active stock and bond selection. UBS will do this using Morningstar fund rating technology, periodically reviewing the fund allocation to ensure continued exposure to top-rated investment managers.

We are in the process of sending a letter to each policyholder that had a contract linked to the Fund and recommending a review with their independent financial advisor. The policyholder may prefer not to take any action. Alternatively they may wish to change the contract’s fund link composition, in which case we are referring to them to their independent financial advisor for the provision of appropriate switch and redirection forms which are available under the document diary of Hansard OnLine.
