The City Financial Wealth Fund allows investors to benefit from the in-depth macroeconomic research that underpins the multi-asset investment process. It provides access to a diversified range of asset classes and is designed to be a core long-term holding for investors. This approach aims to achieve capital growth through a long-term strategic asset allocation framework.
The Orchard Wealth Fund is a Dublin listed UCITS IV fund which offers a targeted 6% annualised yield, with the potential to grow the real value of your capital over the investment cycle. It offers a superior risk return profile to traditional equity investments. Unlike bond funds where income and capital are eroded by inflation, dividends are paid quarterly and are expected to grow over time, maintaining the real value of the income as well as the capital.
Due to the Darwin Leisure Property Fund’s ongoing success, the E,F,G & I Unit Classes have been subject to a “soft close”, when, for the foreseeable future, the manager will not be increasing the number of these units in circulation.
After 1st July 2015, purchases can only proceed if there is an availability within the relevant month’s dealing and these are subject to pre-approval by GWMS i.e. subscriptions are subject to a redemption instruction being received in the same share class for an equivalent or greater amount within that dealing period. Please ask GWMS should you require any units. Usual remuneration terms will apply. For those who are redeeming units, these will be processed in the usual manner, as set out in the Fund’s Prospectus.
The City Financial Adventurous Fund allows investors to benefit from the in-depth macroeconomic research that underpins the multi-asset investment process. The asset allocation typically incorporates a heavy bias towards equities and the Fund is likely to appeal to investors with a long-term time horizon and a tolerance for high volatility. This strategy seeks to achieve capital growth.
