Important notice regarding MB27, MC84 and MX29 Hansard Close Property Investment Portfolio (“PIP”) and Hansard EU Close PIP Fund Links

This notice is to inform you that MB27 Hansard Close Property Investment Portfolio (“PIP”), MB27 Hansard EU Close PIP, MC84 Hansard Close PIP and MX29 Hansard EU Close PIP fund links have been placed on long-term suspension.

The suspension of the MB27, MC84 and MX29 fund links is likely to remain in place for a period of not less than six months.

During the suspension it will not be possible to invest new premiums or to switch existing holdings out of these fund links.

The suspension of the Hansard International Limited and Hansard Europe Limited Close PIP fund links has been brought about by the decision of the directors of Close Investments Limited to suspend all dealings in their funds.
