Note that with effect from July 7th 2011, when an existing client logs in, they will be directed through a new log in procedure. They will be asked to use their personal email address as their new user name and to provide a new, strong password. Each user name must be unique; clients known to be sharing an email address must use a separate and distinct email address for each policyholder.

Once completed, any previous log in requirements including passphrase will no longer be required. However, applicants for new client sites will continue to receive a passphrase and log in instructions as before. It will be at the point they first log in that they will be guided through the new process. A video clip is available on the log in page to guide clients through the new process.

Up to 600% allocation:

At the start of the contract, they will invest up to 600% of your initial contribution, depending on the frequency and term of your contributions.

That’s 500% extra allocation or the equivalent of 5 extra contributions added on day one, at no cost to you.

All they ask is that you are investing at least GBP 250 (or currency equivalent) per month over at least 10 years.

Bonus units – after the initial period is complete, bonus units are allocated at a rate of 0.75% per year of all accumulator units and previously allocated bonus units. This effectively
reduces the 1.0% per year annual management charge for accumulator units to approximately 0.25% per year.

105% allocation after 10 years – once you have made contributions for a continuous 10 year period at the originally contracted level, they will increase the allocation for subsequent contributions to 105%.
